RAempire.com is a free RA gaming and community overview site. We do not sell anything and we do not run advertising.

What we store

We only use strictly necessary storage and session technology so that login, admin access, member access, security, and basic website functionality work. Specifically:

• Admin session token (so admins stay signed in to /admin).
• Member session token (so approved members stay signed in).
• An optional "Remember this device" token for up to 30 days, if you tick that box at login.
• Security and CSRF / signing tokens used to protect the above sessions.
• Standard backend/server logs required to operate the site and investigate abuse.

What we do NOT do

• No Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or other heatmap/analytics trackers.
• No advertising cookies.
• No marketing tracking.
• No third-party tracking scripts.
• We do not sell user data.

Member requests

When you submit a member request, we store: your player name, your mob code, your optional message, the request status (pending / approved / hold / rejected / removed), and any admin notes attached to it. Approved member access uses your player name + mob code as the login pair.

Admin accountability

Admin actions (approving/holding/rejecting requests, editing the dossier) may be logged with the admin display name, the action, and a short summary, for security and accountability.

Removal & contact

If you want your member request removed, contact an RA admin on Discord and we'll remove it.

Future changes

Because we only use strictly necessary storage today, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If analytics or marketing tracking is ever added later, a real cookie consent banner will be added before any non-essential cookies run.
